Feedback Session
We review findings with you, discuss recommendations, and answer any questions.

Comprehensive Report
You receive a detailed written report that can be used for personal understanding, funding applications, or education/workplace support.

Assessments can be completed in-clinic at our Deception Bay location or, in some cases, via Telehealth.
We accept referrals from:
