Director / Registered Psychologist

I’m a Registered Psychologist and the director of Vibe Well Psychology. I support children, adolescents, and adults using evidence-based approaches like CBT, Narrative Therapy, Schema Therapy, DBT, and ACT. I also offer comprehensive diagnostic assessments to help clients better understand their needs. My goal is to create a warm, non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions.

Registered Psychologist

I’m a registered psychologist and proud AuDHD’er, passionate about supporting clients through a neuroaffirming, compassionate lens. I work with neurodivergent individuals, spoonies (those living with chronic health conditions), and members of the LGBTQIA+ community, drawing on my clinical background and lived experience.

I work with clients 18+ and my approach to therapy is calm, practical, and person-centred. I integrate a range of evidence-based frameworks including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness strategies, and psychosocial supports — always tailored to suit each individual’s unique needs.

I’m passionate about creating a welcoming, non-judgemental space where clients feel supported on their mental health journey. My approach centres on kindness, collaboration, and empowering each individual to recognise their strengths. Using evidence-based techniques, I’m dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalised care for clients of all backgrounds.

My background includes a Master of Professional Psychology (in progress) and qualifications in Psychology and Nursing. Outside of work, I’m a devoted mother, daughter, friend, and sister.

I’m passionate about supporting individuals across different stages of life. With first-class Honours in Psychological Science, I’ve conducted research on canine-assisted therapy to enhance children’s engagement in therapy.

In addition to therapy, I also offer comprehensive diagnostic assessments to help clients gain a clearer understanding of their needs. My approach is focused on building trust and tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs. I’m dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s challenges, empowering them to find strength, hope, and resilience on their journey.

I have a particular passion for values-based approaches, empowering individuals to live a life that is meaningful to them. My clinical interest focuses on helping those with anxiety disorders, mood disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
