Melissa Sirett

Director / Registered Psychologist | Board Approved Supervisor

I’m a Registered Psychologist, a veteran, and the Director of Vibe Well Psychology. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting clients through a range of emotional, behavioural, and life challenges in a compassionate, practical, and collaborative way.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Schema Therapy, tailoring support to each person’s unique needs and goals. I also provide comprehensive diagnostic assessments to help individuals and families gain clarity, understanding, and direction in moving forward.

I am proud to support members of the LGBTQIA+ community and am committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and affirming space where people can feel respected, heard, and understood. My clinical approach is grounded in the belief that effective therapy begins with genuine connection, psychological safety, and a non-judgemental environment.

My aim is to support clients to better understand themselves, strengthen their coping strategies, and build meaningful and sustainable change in their lives.

Maddison Ciaralli

Registered Psychologist | Board Approved Supervisor

I’m a registered psychologist and proud AuDHD’er, passionate about supporting clients through a neuroaffirming, compassionate lens. I work with neurodivergent individuals, spoonies (those living with chronic health conditions), and members of the LGBTQIA+ community, drawing on my clinical background and lived experience.

I work with clients 18+ and my approach to therapy is calm, practical, and person-centred. I integrate a range of evidence-based frameworks including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness strategies, and psychosocial supports always tailored to suit each individual’s unique needs. In additional to providing psychological intervention and assessment, I’m also a board approved supervisor.

I can provide supervision services for provisional psychologists, early career psychologists or any mental health professionals who want to become more competent at neuro-affirming practice.

Janene Dravsnik

Registered Psychologist

I’m a Registered Psychologist and believe that therapy should be a collaborative process that allows you to feel safe and supported whilst embarking on a journey of self-exploration, reflection, and healing. I value genuine human connection, where you feel both seen and understood, which is why my approach is responsive, authentic and compassionate.

My areas of passion include:
· Anxiety, depression, self-harm and suicidal ideation
· Perinatal mental health, adjustment and family wellbeing
· Parenting support and family dynamics
· Men’s wellbeing
· Identity adjustment, self-compassion and self-worth

· Cognitive assessments

I have experience working across the lifespan, from children, to older adults as well as with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) populations. I work from a neuroaffirming, trauma-informed and person-centred approach that is integrative, drawing strongly on evidence-based models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). My approach is strongly grounded in attachment theory, with consideration of early life relational experiences and how these manifest and impact current difficulties.

I believe that therapy is about the journey, not a destination. With each and every session, I hope you will leave with profound new insights and therapeutic growth that will equip you to face the world with a renewed sense of meaning and purpose.

Stacy McGirr

Registered Psychologist

I am a Registered Psychologist that is motivated to create a warm, non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to explore your experiences, thoughts, and emotions authentically. My aim is to walk alongside you on your journey toward a more fulfilling and effective life, at a pace that feels right for you.

With approximately 10 years’ experience in the mental health field across a wide range of client presentations, I bring a collaborative, client-centred approach to therapy. I believe that understanding the challenges you’re facing is the first step toward meaningful change. Together, we’ll uncover insights into your unique struggles, harness your existing strengths, and develop practical strategies that emphasise mindfulness, empowerment, and resilience. I tailor our work to your individual goals and priorities, drawing flexibly from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Family Systems Therapy.

I particularly enjoy working with teens and adults on a range of presentations, including anxiety, mood difficulties, stress and burnout, life transitions, relationship and interpersonal challenges, identity and self-esteem issues, grief and adjustment, and family dynamics. I find it deeply rewarding to support clients in building self-understanding, greater emotional resilience, and the tools to navigate life with more confidence and ease.

I see it as a privilege to help you develop ownership of your therapeutic journey and move toward the changes that matter most to you.

Provisional Psychologist

I am a provisional psychologist who aims to provide a space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. I place strong value on developing effective therapeutic relationships and work collaboratively with clients to build insight into their experiences, strengths, and challenges.

My approach is grounded in curiosity and compassion, and I strive to create an environment where individuals can safely explore both current concerns and longer‑standing patterns without fear of judgement. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, mood difficulties, and related emotional concerns with a particular interest in obsessive‑compulsive disorder.

My work is informed by evidence‑based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), with an emphasis on developing practical skills that clients can use beyond the therapy room.
